  Desirae Wright blew me away. I called a couple days ago asking about iPads and she gave me a great deal of not only information over the phone but incredible customer service. I made sure that I went out of my way to come in when she was in the office because she created such an impactful customer relationship with me over the phone I knew she was the sales associate I wanted to work with. When I came to the store she was busy with a customer but I knew I wanted to wait for her. Ultimately I wanted to upgrade my iPhone and buy an iPad, I was short on time. I needed an iPad for work to manage my store and something that will help me manage all aspects of customers, store budgeting, and my employees. Even being 24 years old I’m not into technology. She was so helpful, personable, and helped me pick out the right phone for me, and the right iPad for the things I need it to do. She helped me pick out the right amount of storage, service plans, and was so professional in every aspect. She helped me make the transition easier than I thought it would be. She did tell me that she has only been in sales for 2 months, I couldn’t believe it! She was a natural. I have been in sales for almost 10 years so I know great customer service when I see it. I would recommend anyone that goes into the store to ask for Desirae Wright, you won’t regret it.

  Outstanding customer service provided by Luis. We were immediately greeted by a store associate and was told it would be a few minutes. Luis assisted my girlfriend and i with our transaction. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, he had a good sense of humor, and went above and beyond to make our transaction work within my budget. I would recommend anyone to visit this store.
